Personhood, Bodyhood, and the Right to Not Be Aborted
Towards Ending In-Utero Genocide
Part Three
Billionaires Gone Bad
We must plan our eugenic policy along some lines as the following: The lowest strata, allegedly less well-endowed genetically, are reproducing relatively too fast. Therefore birth control methods must be taught them. They must not have too easy access to relief or hospital treatment lest the removal of the last check on natural selection should make it too easy for children to be produced or to survive. Long unemployment should be a ground for sterilization, or at least relief should be contingent upon no further children being brought into the world, and so on.——Julian Huxley
The above quote should alarm thoughtful men and women everywhere. What have these Englishmen, and their cousins across the Pond, been up to? Readers of Cosmic Citizen will have no difficulty identifying who Huxley’s “we” are that must “plan our eugenic policy”, and who the targets of this policy are.
Doubtlessly working together, the brothers, Huxley, Julian (1887–1975) and Aldous (1894–1963), have made a significant, ideological contribution to the advancement of eugenics. Julian followed closely in the footsteps of Charles Darwin. He was an evolutionary biologist, a eugenicist and an advocate for natural selection. His rise to prominence saw him become the first Director of UNESCO (ensuring that it would have eugenics as one of its foundational, if hidden, goals), and President of the British Eugenics Society. As his Wikipedia bio states, he was awarded, not only the Darwin Medal and the Darwin-Wallace Medal, but also a special Lasker Foundation award “in the category, Planned Parenthood—World Population”. We should not, for an instant, underestimate Julian’s serious commitment to depopulation.
Julian was also a bit of a prophet, and what may seem like a new term to us today, transhumanism, was first coined by him as early as 1957:
I believe in transhumanism: once there are enough people who can truly say that, the human species will be on the threshold of a new kind of existence, as different from ours as ours is from that of Peking man. It will at last be consciously fulfilling its real destiny.
(Julian Huxley on Transhumanism. New Bottles for New Wine, pp 13-17. London: Chatto & Windus, 1957)
Is it mere coincidence that, today, the World Economic Forum (WEF) boasts transhumanism as one of its platforms for global “transformation”? Of course, they call it, “Human Enhancement”, if turning humans into nano-chip-implated, 24/7-controlled automatons, could be called an “enhancement”. What human being would enjoy such an enhancement? But, the eugenics must go on… From their website;
HUMAN ENHANCEMENT
What is transhumanism and how does it affect you?
Biological evolution takes place over generations. But imagine if it could be expedited beyond the incremental change envisaged by Darwin to a matter of individual experience…
It (transhumanism) is rooted in the belief that humans can and will be enhanced by the genetic engineering and information technology of today, as well as anticipated advances, such as bioengineering, artificial intelligence, and molecular nanotechnology. The result is an iteration of Homo sapiens enhanced or augmented, but still fundamentally human.
“…rooted in the belief”? Whose belief? “…fundamentally human” means not really human. What this “fundamentally human” “iteration of Homo sapiens” will look like, and how it will behave, are not clear. Will he be allowed to make his own decisions? Besides, the people who have appointed themselves controllers of this bioengineering, AI, and molecular nanotechnology, are probably not people we would ever invite to our home for tea and biscuits.
So, we’ve had the paleoanthropological fraud of Piltdown man; a human body reconstructed around a single-tooth, and christened, Peking man, and the famous, Cro-magnon man. Now comes WEF man. A sexier name might be “Davos man”, a worthy competitor to DaVinci’s Vitruvian Man.
Julian’s brother, Aldous, an undeniably gifted writer, gave us the eugenics script in his dystopic novel, Brave New World, published in 1932, long before most of us were born. Barnes & Noble offers this review:
Largely set in a futuristic World State, whose citizens are environmentally engineered into an intelligence-based social hierarchy, the novel anticipates huge scientific advancements in reproductive technology, sleep-learning, psychological manipulation and classical conditioning that are combined to make a dystopian society which is challenged by only a single individual: the story's protagonist.
As stated in Part Two of this series, it is vital for both sides of the abortion debate, to view this subject matter in its larger, more granular context. Doing so will allow us to abandon the contentious legal jostling, and abate the hype, rhetoric and emotion surrounding the topic. In its proper setting, this becomes, no longer, an issue of women’s rights, or women’s reproductive health care. The practice of abortion is a critical, deadly, genocidal plank in an overarching eugenics program, one aimed at global, human depopulation. This is historically verifiable. In the aftermath of Roe, the in utero holocaust of 62 million babies, in the US alone, (See Part One), constitutes incontrovertible proof of abortion’s eugenics basis.
FYI, eugenicists do not care which side of the abortion divide any of us takes. The anti-lifers’ head is on the their chopping block, along with the pro-lifers’. However, the former, though unaware, are making themselves useful idiots, helping the eugenicists achieve a grotesque, genocidal agenda.
Clearly, abortion has become an industrialized and commercialized operation, not unlike the vast network of factory farms (CAFOs), that blight the landscape.
Abortion Is Planned Parenthood’s "Essential" Billion-Dollar Business
(Abortion) Industry revenue has increased at an annualized rate of 2.0% to $3.7 billion over the five years to 2022.
That some wealthy individuals, engaged in what is touted to be “philanthropy”, would seek to pursue a eugenics agenda in this modern era, is a deeply troubling topic, one that is vast and deep. Some might be tempted to dismiss this as a so-called “conspiracy theory”, but the research speaks for itself. What is presented here in these essays, is only a distillation of the history of eugenics and its wicked step-sister, abortion. In Part Three, we take a closer look at how the eugenics program that began with Malthus, Darwin and Galton, continues to expand, threatening a global population too ill-informed to understand the danger it faces.
Apart from the simple goal of population-reduction, eugenics serves another, more profit-driven, utilitarian purpose. It clears the way for the acquisition of the raw, natural resources of so-called “developing countries”. As Henry Kissinger, advisor to Presidents, but condemned abroad as a war criminal, mused, in typical Kissingerspeak:
Population growth is not in itself a major factor in pressure on depletable resources…On the other hand, the world is increasingly dependent on mineral supplies from developing countries, and if rapid population frustrates their prospects for economic development and social progress, the resulting instability may undermine the conditions for expanded output and sustained flows of such resources.
(National Security Study Memorandum NSSM 200 Implications of Worldwide Population Growth For U.S. Security and Overseas Interests. The Kissinger Report 1974)
It may seem surprising that Kissinger, born to German Jewish parents, a US Army veteran who fought Hitler during his last Western offensive, known as the Battle of the Bulge, or the Battle of the Ardennes, Belgium (Winter 1944-45), would support any hint of genocide. He, however, would play an outsized role in the unfolding of disastrous, genocidal world events. His plan for the expropriation of resources belonging to developing countries, was simple and efficient. It called for bribes to weak governments, population control, and the elimination of anti-imperialist youth.
Kissinger had seen, first-hand, the value of war as a depopulation program, and it became one of the pillars of what may be called, the Kissinger Plan. As National Security Advisor and later, Secretary of State in the Nixon Administration, he managed to rack up charges for Nuremberg Court-level crimes against humanity, and for being a war criminal. His rap sheet includes overseeing Indonesia’s 1975 genocide of the Timorese, and the brutal takeover of W. Papua that has allegedly cost the lives of over 500,000 people.
Indonesia’s occupation and genocide allowed the US-based, corporate mining giant, Freeport McMoran, to strip-mine and pollute the area—unmolested. Its largest mining operation, the Grasberg mine, is reportedly worth an estimated $100 billion. Freeport’s profits soared, and it generously rewarded Kissinger with a seat on its Board of Directors. The American people, stockholders, and innocent citizens alike, asleep to the machinations of government bureaucrats, still remain oblivious and indifferent to the sufferings taking place in distant lands.
Kissinger also had a giant hand in the Vietnam debacle. In 1954, soundly defeated in the battle of Dien Bien Phu, France tucked its tail between its colonial legs and quietly fled its last SE Asian colony, having previously lost both Cambodia and Laos. During this time, US foreign policy wonks viewed Communism as a great scourge, and were prepared to play global Whac-a-Mole, to stop its spread, not only in SE Asia, but worldwide. The US, the self-appointed world police, was always on the lookout for any signs of this menace spreading, and didn’t feel the need to respect the formal boundaries of any nation’s sovereignty, especially if that nation showed signs of “going communist”.
US military advisors had been involved in SE Asia since the 1950s. The situation took a decisive turn when President Kennedy decided to send 400 Green Berets to Saigon. That paved the way for the larger conflict that erupted. Under President Johnson, the infamous Gulf of Tonkin incident (1964), involving US destroyers and N. Vietnamese gunboats, served as a new Pearl Harbor to drag the US fully into the conflict.
By 1968, talk of ending the war was in the air. The combatants and the world held their collective breath waiting for the peace the Paris Peace Talks promised. The war had become immensely unpopular at home, and resistance to it was tearing at the fabric of American society. The North and South Vietnamese had finally come to the table to discuss ending the war. Unfortunately, there were elements within the US government that did not want this war to end…yet. It was a cash cow for the arms manufacturers, and a boon to the eugenicist population-cullers, but it also had a sinister political dimension.
As columnist, George Will, points out, then Presidential candidate, Richard Nixon, acting in concert with Kissinger, worked behind the scenes to sabotage the negotiations. They managed to convince the North Vietnamese that they would get better peace terms if they delayed signing the peace accord until after he, Nixon, was elected.
As directed, the North refused to sign, holding out for a Nixon win, but, in the ensuing uncertainty and chaos, the war would be prolonged for another 7 years. Thousands more US servicemen and Vietnamese would die—needlessly, while billions of dollars flowed into the coffers of the warmongers. Is it a coincidence that Kissinger would become Nixon’s National Security Advisor, and “peace negotiator”? He and his N. Vietnamese counterpart, Le Duc Tho, would be awarded the Nobel Peace Prize for their efforts, but Le Duc Tho would refuse his. Imagine offering the Nobel Peace Prize to an individual wanted for war crimes!!
Nearly 60,000 US soldiers, the young sons and future fathers of the nation, were sacrificed. Another 100,000, or so, would take their own lives in subsequent years. Suffering PTSD, thousands of veterans who were told they were fighting for the nation’s freedoms, would find it difficult to re-adjust to civilian life, and wind up homeless, and begging on America’s streets. These men had no idea that the Empire considered them expendable, throw-away chumps.

(Henry Kissinger. As reported by Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein in The Final Days, Chapter 14)
By the end of the war, in 1975, 13 million gallons of the toxic defoliant chemical, Agent Orange, manufactured by Monsanto, as well as 400,000 tons of Napalm, capable of generating temperatures of 2,000 degrees, and similar defoliants, had been dropped on Vietnam and nearby Cambodia. In Vietnam, over 12% of its land mass was poisoned.
Agent Orange contained dioxin, a deadly carcinogen that would continue to kill and cause miscarriages and birth defects long into the foreseeable future. Some veterans have received a pittance in compensation for their disabilities related to Agent Orange, but what about the Vietnamese? Will those who continue to fall ill due to this callous poisoning of their land, ever receive a dime? In the wider Asian theater of conflict that included neighboring Laos and Cambodia, it is estimated that several million combatants and civilians also perished.
Since Kissinger’s US government work spanned the two administrations most connected to the SE Asian conflict, there is no doubt that he knew about the use of these toxic defoliants. Their deadly, human effects were already well-known, so their continued use clearly constituted a war crime. Kissinger has managed to outrun his earthly fate, but, at 99, the moment of cosmic reckoning is fast approaching.
For the nation’s eugenics-minded elite and their military-industrial apparatus, the war was a stunning triumph. The total body-count would have been a cause for celebration among these population-cullers, all paid for by the long-suffering tax donkeys of the US, who had shelled out nearly $170 billion ($925 billion in today’s dollars) for it.
While the war was heating up, a few of the world’s elites gathered in Rome, at Villa Serbelloni, the Rockefeller Foundation’s Bellagio mansion, to discuss the “problems” of the world. High on that list of problems was us—the people. It seems that all attendees were devotees of Malthus, since their seminal work, Limits to Growth, surely reeked of his eugenicist ideas. One of the stated goals of this Club of Rome, was, of course, “to defuse the population explosion”. No wonder their 211 page book mentions the word, “population”, 336 times. Their concern for us is touching.
This also might explain where Paul Ehrlich got the title for his 1991 book, The Population Explosion.
It is now nearly 2023, has the US abandoned the foreign policy directives, adopted and executed in the 60s and 70s, and which became enshrined in the Kissinger Plan? According to Raymond de Souza, Delegate for the Catholic International Missions for Human Life International, that is not the case. As he explains, in a powerful statement:
The purpose of the foreign policy in Africa was to reduce the population...So, to give aid to countries in Africa—not clean water and schooling, things like that, but contraception and abortion to shrink the population of Africa because they have great mineral resources there...Make sure the Africans do not develop and do not use the resources for themselves, because we in the States need them....
Between 1990 and the year 2000, the US, Canada, and Europe contributed about $6 Billion in contraceptives...not to help the people, not to give clean water, clean food...perish the thought. Let them die. That’s the whole idea.
Over the ensuing decades, the blood-thirsty killing fields of the planet would be crimson stained, as old enmities were stirred up and new enemies created. The fiery Molech of war had to be appeased, and the arms dealers’ already bloated bank accounts needed more padding.
SIPRI—Stockholm International Peace Research Institute reports that,
The world’s military expenditure totaled $2.1 trillion in 2021, marking the seventh year in a row of increased global military spending.
What needs to be pointed out is that governments are not in the business of making weapons. They “print”, or borrow these trillions, in their respective currencies, and hand them over to the arms manufacturers. Might these arms dealers have any interest in manufacturing the very conflicts that would accelerate the flow of government money into their pockets?
So-called, Third World countries continue to see their natural resources carted off to the West, their populations succumbing to increasing poverty. Few of their Premiers, Presidents, and Dictators-for-life, able to resist the corrupting influence of western money. In many cases, armed conflicts, fed by old rivalries, would ravage these lands, following the old, colonial “divide and conquer” principle. However, besides being stripped of their natural resources, the people would also be targeted for depopulation, via contraception, abortion, and the very vaccines ostensibly promoted to eradicate certain endemic, health problems. Guttmacher would have been satisfied to see the UN and satellite organizations like the WHO and UNICEF, firmly in the driver’s seat of these Third World eugenics programs.
It would be naive to think that, after the 1968 Bellagio meeting, the masters of the universe abandoned the goal of human depopulation. One of them, Zbigniew Brzezinski, former National Security Advisor to President Carter, gave voice to the inner yearnings of the Club of eugenicists and depopulationists, as late as November 17, 2008, when, in a talk at Chatham House, London, he mused:
In earlier times it was easier to control a million people than to kill a million people. Today it is infinitely easier to kill a million people than it is to control them.
Should we be worried?
Inspired by the The Club of Rome’s “success”, and eager to do his part to help reduce the world’s population, Dutch historian, Paul Gerbrands, in 1994, launched his own Club. He called it The 10 Million Club Foundation (Stichting de Club van Tien Miljoen). At a time when the Dutch population hovered around 16 million, Gerbrands declared,
Our Foundation is Dutch, and intends to operate within the Netherlands. Ours is one of the most seriously overpopulated countries in the world, and we have begun to try and convince the Dutch public at large and those in authority especially that the Dutch population needs to be reduced from a present level of more than 16 million to 10 million to begin with, and very probably to a figure far below that at some later stage.
His was a naked appeal to the Dutch people to self-annihilate. Of course, it would have been useless to expect Mr. Gerbrands to lead the way and voluntarily “reduce” himself from that “seriously overpopulated” country. While advocating for the elimination of some 6 million of his countrymen…..wait, let me guess, he had no intention of being in that number. Funny how population-control never seems to apply to these self-appointed, megalomaniacal masters of the universe—only to us.
Happily, Gerbrands failed. The people of the Netherlands did not heed his siren call for their collective suicide. Today, however, his successors in government, immersed in the ideological rot of the World Economic Forum, seem poised to accomplish what the 10 Million Club could not. With the country’s deliberately planned destruction of its farming industry, the Dutch are likely to starve to death. This, unfortunately, may not be enough to appease The Thunberg, the angry, fulminating, Scandinavian deity of climate change, but it’s a start.
